These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by Tapkoi ("we," "us," or "our") through our website at tapkoi.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Orders

Tapkoi sells personalized Google review kits consisting of an NFC tap card, QR display stand, and window sticker. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate business and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice, though the price at the time of your order will be honored.

2. Personalization

After payment, you provide your business name, Google review link, and optionally a logo. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logo or branding you submit. We personalize your kit based on the details you provide and are not responsible for errors in the information you submit.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We personalize and ship orders within 2 business days. Shipping is free for all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information.

5. Refunds & Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your kit, contact us at hello@tapkoi.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because kits are personalized, we may not require a return of the physical product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on tapkoi.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Tapkoi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Use of Your Content

By submitting your business name, logo, and other materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order. We will not use your branding for any other purpose without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapkoi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

9. Warranty

We warrant that your kit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. If any component fails during normal use within this period, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, or modification.

10. Third-Party Services

Our kits direct customers to your Google Business Profile review page. We are not affiliated with Google and have no control over Google's services, policies, or availability. Changes to Google's platform may affect how the review link functions.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Tapkoi operates.
